30-Day Free Trial — Cancel Anytime
Your first 30 days are free. You are never charged during the trial, and you can cancel anytime from your member dashboard in one click — with no charge.
3-Day Refund Window
After your free trial ends and your first payment is charged, you have a 3-day window to request a full refund of that first charge. Because cancellation is free and one-click for the entire 30-day trial, refunds are not provided more than 3 days after a charge.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund:
- You must submit your refund request within 3 days of your first paid charge
- Your account must not be in violation of our Terms of Service
- The refund applies to your most recent subscription payment only
How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@otmgpt.com with:
- The email address on your account
- Your reason for requesting a refund (optional but appreciated)
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time — directly from your member dashboard with one click. Cancellation stops future billing immediately. Refunds are only issued within the 3-day window described above.
Digital Products
Downloadable digital products (including the Starter Blueprint) are non-refundable once downloaded.
